Roles Available
- Heavy-Duty Truck Driver (Low Bed, Flatbed, Axle Trucks)
- Reefer / Refrigerated Truck Driver
- Side Trailer / Semi-Trailer Driver
- Cargo & Container Truck Driver
- Light-Duty Delivery Driver (Pickup, 3-Tonner, 5-Tonner)
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport cargo between ports, warehouses, factories, and delivery points across Ghana
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly
- Adhere strictly to road safety laws, company policies, and HSEQ guidelines
- Maintain accurate trip records, delivery logs, and fuel usage documentation
- Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and the transport coordinator
- Handle cargo with care to prevent damage or loss during transit
- Participate in regular driver refresher training and safety assessments
Requirements
- Valid Ghana Driver's License — Class C or D (heavy-duty preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience (heavy-duty or light-duty)
- Clean driving record with no serious traffic offences
- Ability to read road signs and maps; knowledge of major Ghanaian routes
- Familiarity with cross-border routes is an added advantage
- Physically fit and able to pass a medical/health assessment
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Honest, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision
